RPE Geomembrane Liners

Flexible, durable, and cost-effective RPE liner products for reliable containment and environmental protection.

RPE geomembrane liner products are a flexible blend of polyethylene polymers reinforced with scrims. As a result, they offer exceptional tear and puncture resistance meanwhile remaining dimensionally stable. Despite being lightweight, RPE liners are incredibly robust and ensure reliable performance in demanding applications. For example, geoengineers and construction professionals use RPE geomembranes for pond and tank liners, construction enclosures, agricultural pond liners, and other containment applications. Because large, prefabricated roll widths up to 5 meters wide are available, contractors reduce installation time and expense. Furthermore, select a range of thicknesses from 30 to 45 mils, standard and custom colors, and a potable-grade option for water-safe applications.

If your environmental and construction projects require durable, chemical-resistant, and UV-stable containment, then call Ferguson Waterworks today. We will help you determine the ideal geomembrane liner for your project, including EPDM, HDPE, XR-5, and many more.

What applications are best for RPE liners?

RPE is a versatile material tailored for a wide array of applications. It’s particularly well-suited for wastewater treatment facilities because it ensures efficient containment and treatment. Furthermore, both natural bodies of water (ponds and lakes) and also specialized setups (evaporation and golf course ponds) benefit from its protective qualities. Not to mention, it is an excellent choice for tank liners, providing safe containment, as well as agricultural pond liners, irrigation system liners, and more.

How are RPE liners seamed?

Similarly to the RPP liner, a specially trained technician is required for seaming the RPE geomembrane. This ensures premium integrity and durability.
