PVC Liner Panels
Easy to install and cost-effective PVC liner panels.
PVC liner panels are highly impermeable and offer supreme malleability. They are one of the most trusted materials for containing water, chemicals, and waste. Popular applications for these liner panels include but are not limited to landfills, coal ash ponds, and stormwater management systems.
In addition to standard panel sizes, we offer pre-fabricated PVC panels, EPDM liners, LLDPE, and HDPE liners.
Pre-fabricated PVC Panels
Ferguson Waterworks offers a variety of pre-fabricated PVC panel sizes. Furthermore, 20 mil, 30 mil, and 40 mil panels are available. As a result, this reduces or eliminates on-site liner welding, decreasing installation time. PVC geocomposite liners are pre-fabricated in our Richmond, Virginia facilities and shipped directly to your worksite.
Other liner panels including XR5, RPE, RPP, and LLDPE are available. Contact your local Ferguson Waterworks expert or send us a message for more information.
What are PVC geomembrane liners?
A PVC geomembrane liner is a geosynthetic containment sheet solution used to protect potable water resources and aquatic life from harmful leaching of plasticizers or chemicals. PVC non-reinforced geomembranes specifically benefit applications such as landfills, canals, ponds, and other containment objectives. They withstand atmospheric pollutants and chemicals commonly found in industrial settings. Select PVC liners in thicknesses of 20, 30, and 40 mils. Typically offered in gray, however, black is also available. Some versions provide UV-stability and fish-friendly construction; consult a Ferguson Waterworks expert for more details and options. Please note that it is important to cover PVC geomembranes with 1 foot of clean fill. Furthermore, the slope must not exceed a 3:1 ratio.
What benefits do PVC geomembrane liners provide?
PVC liner panels offer a versatile solution for various applications because to optimize panel dimensions and weight, simply adjust the tailoring, folding, and packaging. As a result, this ensures the ease of handling, loading, and field deployment. PVC panels encapsulate the distinctive properties of PVC, such as high flexibility, impressive elongation, and superior puncture resistance. Their fabrication into large panels facilitates a quicker and more straightforward installation process. Furthermore, their excellent lay-flat characteristics significantly reduce the chances of wrinkling. Unlike HDPE and LLDPE liners, PVC panels do not require field-weld specialists. Consequently, this membrane solution for containment is cost-effective and installation-friendly. Moreover, in the event of any damage, owners can easily undertake repairs, underscoring the geosythetic’s practicality and durability.
