RPP Geomembrane Liners

Lightweight, durable, and customizable RPP liner solutions for water protection and pollution control.

Reinforced polypropylene (RPP) geomembrane liners are lightweight, string-reinforced water containment geomembranes. Due to their large fabricated panels, they significantly reduce costs and increase quality. Furthermore, RPP liners protect water resources and manage pollution in even the harshest environments due to their advanced polymer integration and robust engineering. Rely on these geomembrane liners for superior tear and puncture resistance, and UV and ozone protection. Not to mention, they are free from plasticizers and chlorine making them fish-friendly, recyclable, and dimensionally stable.

RPP liners are easy to install, contour naturally to ground slopes, and minimize field seams. Civil engineers and construction professionals can select from a range of thicknesses from 20 to 100 mils. In addition, choose from customizable colors, including black, tan, and white. A potable grade is available for applications requiring water-safe materials. Discuss your geomembrane liner options with one of our expert product specialists. What applications are best for RPP liners?

RPP is a versatile, cost-effective, and robust material. That is why it is used for a myriad of applications. For example, professionals use RPP geomembrane liners in wastewater treatment facilities, stock ponds, mining operations, and irrigation systems such as stormwater retention ponds, reservoirs, and canals. Furthermore, it’s an excellent choice for decorative pond and lake liners, potable water storage, ballast tubes, evaporation ponds, and baffle curtains. Golf course ponds, floating covers, and drop-ins as well as large tank liners, also rely on the tried-and-true RPP liner material.

How is the RPP liner seamed?

RPP geomembrane seams require thermal welding. Consequently, a trained technician equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge must perform the seaming. When compared to RPE liners, this geomembrane’s coating is thicker and pressed into and through the scrim. As a result, it provides superior integrity, durability, and longevity.
